The Candles
About the Product
Around 60 to 70 hours if you trim the wick before each burn and keep sessions under
four hours. Natural soy burns up to 50% longer than paraffin, which is a large part of
why we use it. The candle costs more to make and it lasts considerably longer in your home.
Three things. Natural soy wax made from U.S. grown soybeans, a wick woven from cotton
and paper fibres with no metal core, and premium fragrance oils infused with natural
essential oils. No paraffin, no dyes, no heavy metals. That is the whole list.
Soy wax and cotton and paper wicks burn cleaner than paraffin, with far less soot and
no heavy metals, which is why many people with pets or small children prefer them.
Any open flame still needs the same common sense. Keep it on a stable, heat safe
surface well away from anything that can catch, and never leave it burning unattended
or within reach. If anyone in the house has scent sensitivities, burn it in a well
ventilated room.
That is tunnelling, and it almost always traces back to the very first burn. Soy wax
has a memory. Whatever diameter melts on burn one is the diameter it keeps returning to.
Give it two to three hours the first time, until the melt pool reaches the glass. Full

If you want the candle for mornings and clearing your head, choose Eucalyptus and Mint.
For evenings, baths and winding down, choose Lavender and Chamomile. For an all day
warm room scent, choose Amber and Vanilla. If you cannot decide, the Ritual Set has
all three and saves you fifteen dollars.

Getting It to You
Free on orders over $75 and a flat $6 below that. Everything ships from New York within
two business days and typically arrives in three to five business days within the US.
You will get tracking by email the moment it leaves.
Thirty days. If the scent is not right for you, write to us and we will sort it out,
either an exchange for a different scent or a refund, whichever you prefer. You do not
need to ship back a candle you have already burned. We would rather you kept it.
Send a photo through the

with your order number and we will have a replacement out the same day. No forms to
fill in and no need to return the broken one.
Not yet. Candles are heavy and international shipping currently costs more than the
candle does. If you are outside the US and want one, write to us anyway. If enough
people ask from the same place it becomes worth solving.

and we will send the line sheet, pricing tiers and minimums, usually the same day.
We do. Wedding favours, client gifts, event pieces, and your own label on the jar.
Tell us the quantity and the date you need them by and we will tell you honestly
whether it is possible. Lead times run three to four weeks for custom runs.
